Professional Development

At least twice a year, Marine Marketers of America hosts membership meetings with a core focus on professional development initiatives.

The association has hosted multiple panel discussions on emerging trends, as well as featuring keynote presentations by experts in their field as a way to bring ongoing educational opportunities to the industry at large.

In addition, our social media initiatives allow members to ask and share a variety of resources and content on any number of topics. Check back frequently to learn of ongoing opportunities for our members… or suggest your recommendations for future consideration!

 

 

 

The competition is for the coveted Neptune Awards. Entries are accepted for all 12 current standing categories plus one new one. Returning categories include national magazine ads, national magazine ads in a series, web advertising (banner ads), product literature, newsletters, email promotion/blasts, regional/local marketing, video, mobile apps, social media campaign, marketing innovation, and special event/sales promotion. In keeping with the marine’s industry focus on growing boating by embracing new markets, a new category recognizing diversity marketing initiatives has been added..
